Specimen Requirement: Five unstained slides (5-10 uM thickness) on non-coated, uncharged slides. An H&E slide, with region of interest circled by the Pathologist, must accompany the unstained slides. Email geneticsmailbox@hhsc.ca with any inquiries.
Turnaround Time: 21 Days
Additional Information: Somatic Lynch syndromes testing is available for patients with loss of MMR by IHC and negative Germline Testing where suspicion remains. MMR and IHC Germline Testing reports are required.

Genes analyzed: EPCAM, MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, PMS2, POLD1, and POLE.
