Minimum volume: 600 µL EDTA plasma.
Specimen Handling Instructions:
Freeze EDTA plasma and ship on dry ice.

For results within the linear range of the assay, viral load will be provided in copies/mL and log 10 copies/mL. An increase or decrease of one log in viral load may be significant.
Additional Information: Detection Limit: 10 copies/mL plasma.
Linear Range: from 100 copies/mL to 10,000,000 copies/mL.
