Specimen Handling Instructions:	Freeze and ship frozen on dry ice. Collect Monday through Thursday only. FOR TRANSPLANT PATIENTS ONLY.
Reference Interval:	EBV DNA: < 500 copies/mL plasma. Below detection limit of assay.

Linear Range: from 1000 copies/mL to approx. 1 x 100,000,000 copies/mL . For results within the linear range of the assay, viral load will be provided in copies/mL and log 10 copies/mL. An increase or decrease of one log in viral load may be significant.
